TEXAS TECH VS. COLORADO GAME

The Fox Sports Big Noon Kickoff Brand Coordinator, Sam Grushow, sought me out to create content for the Texas Tech vs. Colorado game. He conducted background research on who I am and the content I post on social media to determine if I was the right fit before asking me to be their content creator. After on-the-phone meetings discussing what my duties would entail with this role, I got to go to the rehearsals for the show, go behind the stage with my VIP pass, have a photoshoot on the stage, and meet with the panel. The panel consisted of Mark Ingram II, Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn, Rob Stone, and Urban Meyer.

Here is my overview of what Big Noon Kickoff is like at Texas Tech. This short video consists of all the little moments I decided to capture, to showcase what Big Noon is all about. I chose the song, “Walking on a Dream” by Empire on the Sun because this felt surreal for me and other Tech students.
When the show aired, the trend "all I want for Christmas" was popular on TikTok. I created clips from the panelists at the rehearsal show to illustrate how this experience is all I could ever want and more.
Being a Big Noon Kickoff Content Creator also included some freebies. Whenever I returned from rehearsal, I created a reaction video of myself opening my gift for the show and expressed gratitude for participating in this role.
After my initial phone meeting, I was tasked with creating content to explain Big Noon Kickoff to inform other TTU students and fans. I embraced this idea and got to work. Using my artistic skills, I recreated the logo for Big Noon Kickoff. I filmed my drawing process, edited the footage into short snippets, wrote a script, and recorded a voiceover detailing what to expect from the event.
